The Rev. Canon Lynell Walker
Priest in charge
Lynell
Walker was called by St. Paul's Vestry in cooperation with
The Rt. Rev Jerry A. Lamb and Trinity Cathedral as Priest-In-Charge
effective July 15, 2004. She graduated
from CDSP in 1996 with a M. Div. degree. She did her
field work at Trinity Cathedral, Sacramento and remained
at Trinity Cathedral following her graduation. During
the ordination process she worked as a group home director
and social worker/case manager for high-risk youth.
She was ordained to the priesthood on May 21, 1999. Lynell
also serves as Chaplain of St. Michael’s Episcopal
School in Carmichael, sits on the board of Golden State Donor
Services, and is the mother of three sons.
The Rt. Rev. Barry L. Beisner
Bishop and Interim Rector
Bishop
Beisner graduated from UC, Berkeley in 1973.
He received a MDiv from CDSP in 1978 and STM from General Theological
Seminary in 1994. He was ordained to the deaconates in 1978 and
the priesthood in 1979. Prior to his consecration as Bishop Coadjutor
of the Diocese of Northern California on September 30, 2006,
he served as Canon to the Ordinary. He was married in 1998 to
the Rev. L. Ann Hallisey. They have 6 grown children.
The Rev. Arthur Lillicropp
Associate Priest
Art Lillicropp joined the ministry at St. Paul's in 2008.
He graduated from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania
with a B.A. in American Studies. In 1975, he earned an M. Div.
from the General Theological Seminary in New York City. He
later went on to earn a M.S. in Pastoral Counseling from Loyola
University in Baltimore, Maryland in 1986. Before his current
full-time ministry as Manager of Spiritual Care at Kaiser Permanente
Medical Center in South Sacramento, he was Staff Chaplain at
Redding Medical Center, now Shasta Regional Medical Center
from 2000-2007. Before moving to the West Coast, Art was the
Director of Pastoral Care of Howard County General Hospital,
affiliated with John Hopkins University Hospital, from 1986-1996.
His clinical education was completed through training at the
East Midtown Protestant Chaplaincy at Lenox Hill and New York
Hospital; the Washington Hospital Center, in Washington D.C.;
and Johns Hopkins University Hospital in Baltimore.
He has served parishes in New York and Maryland as associate
rector, interim rector, and rector. Art has been ordained for
33 years as an Episcopal priest.

Dr. Dennis M. Weber
Music Director
Dennis Weber is a published
author and composer. He earned his B.A. and M.A. degrees in
composition from Jacksonville University and Kent State University,
respectively. For over 20 years he taught music at the
Institut Biblique Européean in Lamorlaye, France. While
in France he earned his Ph.D. in musicology from the Université de
Paris, Sorbonne. He studied organ under Jean Langlais.
He presently teaches for National University and Shasta College
in Redding.
